Hi there! I'm Abhinav, I also go by "CreativeDumbo" - my online User persona. I am a passionate & innovative UI/UX Designer with over two years of experience crafting engaging digital experiences. My journey in the design world started as a Computer Science student slowly falling in love with the overall process of designing new things - fueled by a love for turning ideas into real solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Based in India, I've developed my skills through a blend of formal education in Computer Science & hands-on work in diverse design projects. My expertise covers user research, wireframing, prototyping, & interface design, utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, & After Effects. Recently I have also been experimenting with No-Code platforms such as Webflow & Framer.

Whether I'm creating intuitive interfaces or conducting in-depth user research, I always strive to stay ahead of the latest UI/UX trends. I take pride in my ability to create designs that are not just functional but also visually captivating. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of user needs, ensuring that every project I undertake is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly effective in achieving its goals.

Peer Learning - IIITV (SDP)

- Redesigned the entire User Experience & Interface of a Peer Learning Platform under the leadership of IIIT Vadodara as part of a Summer Design Project.

- Analyzed the flaws, requirements, and the problem statement, along with user expectations and mental models.

- Conceptualized & designed the new sitemap, user flow, interface, and an interactive prototype while collaborating with the front-end, back-end, and analytics team.

FEB 2022 - SEP 2022

Hustlemad

- Designed a comprehensive website and web application, integrating business workflows and technical architecture to create a robust, efficient, and scalable platform.

- Applied methodical approaches to understand and incorporate business processes into the design.

- Contributed to generating $75,000 in GMV for over 30+ D2C brands through effective web solutions.

JAN 2023 - JUN 2023

FuroFit

- Designed the "AI Fitness Coach" feature using ChatGPT, optimizing performance through API experimentation and prompt engineering.

- Designed community features to boost user engagement based on user feedback and competitive research.

- Worked with cross-functional teams to improve UI/UX, using data-driven insights and usability testing for continuous enhancement.

JAN 2023 - PRESENT

Upskilling + Freelance

For the past year, I have dedicated myself to upskilling and freelancing as a designer, diving into a variety of projects that ignite my creative passion. During this time, I've mastered no-code platforms like Webflow and Framer, which have empowered me to create dynamic and interactive designs without extensive coding.

I've also embraced continuous learning, keeping abreast of the latest design trends and methodologies to ensure my work remains cutting-edge. This past year has been a transformative period of growth, both personally and professionally, as I strive to make a meaningful impact through innovative and user-centric design.
